Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions outline the responsibilities, limitations, policies, and agreements between the Service Provider and the Client/Requester to ensure clear communication, proper project management, and smooth execution of all digital media production services.
Job Request Approval
A project shall only commence once:
The Client confirms the job request in writing; and
The approved job request has been received.
Any revisions to the approved scope may result in adjusted timelines.
Revisions
The Client is entitled to 3 rounds of revisions.
Any revisions requested beyond the agreed revision limit may result in adjusted project timeline.
The delivery schedule shall be extended accordingly based on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.
Revisions that significantly alter the original concept, script, or approved direction may be treated as a new project.
Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided based on current production schedules and Client responsiveness.
The Producer shall not be liable for delays caused by:
Late feedback or approvals
Changes in project scope
Force majeure events
Technical issues outside reasonable control
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate project information
Submit required materials on time
Secure permissions, licenses, or rights for any supplied content
Assign a representative for approvals and communication
Raw Files and Storage
The Client/Requester shall provide an external hard drive or approved storage device for the transfer and storage of all raw photos, videos, and other production files related to the project. The Service Provider shall not be responsible for long-term storage or archiving of raw files after project completion and final delivery.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose proprietary or sensitive materials without consent.
Limitation of Liability
The Producer shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business opportunities
Third-party claims arising from Client-provided materials
The Producer’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
Force Majeure
The Producer shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, illness, or equipment failure.
