Static Job Request Process Flow

Our digital production process is designed to ensure efficiency, quality, collaboration, and timely delivery across every stage of a project. The workflow follows a structured sequence that transforms ideas into fully developed digital outputs while maintaining clear communication and quality control.

  • Requester initiates the process

    • The process begins with the requester.

  • Fill out JO Monitoring

    • The requester completes the JO Monitoring App.

  • Email details

    • Relevant details are emailed to concerned personnel.

    • Concerned personnel are copied (CC’d) in the email.

  • Alignment decision point

    • A review is conducted to determine whether alignment is required or achieved.

  • If YES (alignment needed/approved)

    • Schedule an alignment meeting or discussion.

    • After the alignment activity, proceed to Design Development.

  • If NO

    • Skip the alignment scheduling step.

    • Proceed directly to Design Development.

  • Design Development

    • The process ends with the Design Development stage.
